Returns Policy

1. Cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The cooling-off period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the product.

2. Return conditions

To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is undamaged and clean
• The original packaging is as intact as possible
• Labels and hang tags are still attached
• Hygiene seals are unbroken (for bath and bed textiles)

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Signs of use beyond what is necessary for assessment may result in rejection or a reduction of the refund amount.

3. Return procedure in 4 steps

1. Register — Send an email to info@egyptischkatoen.nl with your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. Receive return label — We will send you a free return label within 1 working day (Netherlands & Belgium). Print it and stick it on the box.
3. Ship — Send the package back within 14 days of registration via the nearest drop-off point.
4. Refund — Once we have received and inspected the return, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment account.

4. Costs

For returns within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are borne by Egyptisch Katoen. For returns from other countries, shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

For a valid return you will always receive the full purchase amount back, including the original shipping costs you paid.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken. This applies in particular to:

• Used or washed bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases)
• Used or washed bath textiles (towels, bath mats, bath sheets)
• Products clearly damaged or soiled through use

6. Warranty

Apart from the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a proper product. When a product shows a defect that is not the result of normal use or incorrect care, please contact our customer service. We offer an additional 1-year quality warranty on product and manufacturing defects.
